" The Colorful and Rare Luna Moth " Luna Moth is the largest moth in North America they have a wingspan of 4 to 5 inches. A Luna moth's wings have markings that look like eyes this helps to frighten away birds and other enemies. This moth color has an unusual, delicate, pale green color. Luna moths fly mostly at night. They can be seen flying around night lights. I found this lovely Luna Moth on these geraniums at first light.
